Multiturn actuators
PRINCIPLE: at the output shaft from the electric actuator will be done more then one complete rotation per minute (rpm) for make the complete travel from Open to Close of the valve;
Can be used for Open-Close duty (type SA) or for modulating duty (type SAR);
The torque range: from 30Nm to 32000Nm with motor power between 0,025kW - 45kW;
Version: with an additional bevel gearbox (type GK) or spur gearbox (type GST) can be develop torque range up to 16000Nm with motor power up to 7,5 kW;
STANDARD version have: motor; worm gear; limit switch; torque switch; coupling bore with keyway;
OPTIONS:
- Complete range of couplings: steam nut; plug sleeve; bore with keyway; dog coupling - according with the customer necessity.
- Electronic transmitter in 4-20mA
- Integral actuators controls (or separately mounted on wall bracket)
- Communication in 4-20mA or on bus line.
