Lever actuators

PRINCIPLE: at the output shaft of the electric actuator will be done a swing angle less than 360° with add of an lever arm;

It can be used for butterfly valves operated via a lever arrangement.

Can be used for Open-Close duty (type SGF) or for modulating duty (type SGRF);

The torque range: from 100Nm to 1200Nm, with motor power between 0,08kW - 0,160kW;

Version: with an additional worm gearbox with lever arm (type GF) can be develop torque range up to 16000Nm with motor power up to 5,5 kW;

STANDARD version have: motor; worm gear; limit switch; torque switch; coupling bore with keyway;

OPTIONS:

• Complete range of couplings: steam nut; plug sleeve; bore with keyway; dog coupling - according with the customer necessity.
• Electronic transmitter in 4-20mA
• Integral actuators controls (or separately mounted on wall bracket)
• Communication in 4-20mA or on bus line.
