Applications
The main application for AUMA products are:
- energy: power plants, heating systems, transport, nuclear power plants
- process: refineries, chemical industry, petrochemical and pharmaceutical.
- water: pumping stations, treatment and sewage plants, hydro-power plants
- industries: metallurgy, cement, navy, foods and drinks, other
The actuators make simple or regulating movements with the possibility to control and to be controlled according with the necessity of the automation system.
AUMA actuators have the possibility to work for communications with fieldbus interface (Profibus DP, Modbus RTU, DeviceNet, Foundation Fieldbus).
For the communication with field devices, SIMA Master Station supports the standardised fieldbus protocols such as Profibus DP or ModbusRTU. Communication with decentralised control systems also performed according to above mentioned standards; in addition, Ethernet or customised RS-232 solutions can be used.
For actuators with variable speed we can provide SIPOS actuators.
